Completed Register My Athlete / Aktivate (will say, "Ready for Tryouts" next to your name) is a requirement to practice, non-negotiable
This Physical Form is a part of the process to be filled out by the student-athletes physician
Must have this form on file with Coach Shannon for Off-Season Practices (Summer and Winter)
Proper Running Shoes (purchased at a running shoe specialty store like Runners Den, Roadrunner Sports, Sole Sports, etc.)
Racing flats are encouraged for races
Bring your own water and wristwatch to all practices
All Practices are held at 5:00am, at the Track unless noted otherwise, see team training document (sent out in team email).
