Yoga & Mindfulness
Yoga can be very helpful for children and adults to self-regulate and calm their busy minds and bodies. At Valley Park School, our Kindergarteners have been working on Yoga & Mindfulness during classroom guidance. Please feel free to use these activities with any age group!

Valley Park Kinders love to bunny breathe!!
Kneel down low, hand flat on the floor in front of your knees. Inhale 3 quick sniffs in through the nose (move up taller each breath!); exhale one big breath and lower your body back down!
A fun and energizing breath!
