Mendez Francisco, Luis

Luis Mendez Francisco, Professor of Ethics and Sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy, was from 1999 to 2006 Head of the Department of the Philosophy of Moral and Political Law II at the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. He is the author of many academic essays and books. In recent years he has been coordinating doctoral courses in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Brazil.
