We know walking into a big event for the first time can feel overwhelming, so we created New Attendee Orientation to help you feel prepared before you arrive.
This session is designed to help first-time attendees understand what to expect, where to go, how to navigate the event, and how to make the most of their experience.

The Department of Michigan Leadership Development Committee is chaired by Jena Wilmers and supported by a team of approved instructors.
Training is delivered by approved instructors who rotate throughout the year based on training location, instructor availability, and subject matter expertise. While instructors may vary from one training to another, all courses follow the same Department-approved curriculum and learning objectives, ensuring a consistent training experience statewide.
