Szia, I'm Lidia!
Hi, my name is Lidia and I’m originally from Hungary, EU and I’ve been living Brevard for seven months with my American husband. I’m excited to offer my highly skilled sport coaching and development services now in the US, and I hope everyone will find them valuable.
Three-time black belt martial artist
Multiple European Championship medalist
World Championship participant
Coach of the Hungarian national team
I’m a holder of multiple sports certifications as well, including Karate Coach, KSG Insturctor (Kid’s Smart Gymnastics) and G-Flex Instructor with an outstanding competitive record in martial arts and extensive coaching experience. I also hold a university level teaching degree in Physical Education.
I would be delighted if you could take a look at my martial art portfolio >>>
I began practicing karate in 2000 and competed actively for 16 years. I am proud to say that my master and my home club are recognized for their professional excellence not only in Europe but also worldwide. In 2009, I earned my first black belt, and even before achieving this rank, I had already started teaching. Over the years, I have been actively involved in training camps, where I instructed children, juniors, and adults. I also led my own children’s group for years in Hungary, and also in the Canary Islands.
In 2015, I was invited to join the Hungarian national team as a coach—an opportunity granted to only a few. This invitation was based on my successful competitive career, including being a two-time World Championship qualifier, and European gold medalist. My current rank allows me to examine and grade karate students, too.
My martial art classes are based not only on my personal experience but also on my academic studies in sport science. I wrote my university thesis (2012) on the Impact of martial arts on personality development.
My university research won a Scientific Students’ Conference (TDK) award and advanced to the national conference.

Stefanovics József
(Hungarian Grandmaster & National Team Head Coach)
I started doing Kyokushin karate in 1985. I competed for 16 years, 10 years as a national athlete.
I am the leader of the Victory Martfűi Kyokushin Karate Club, and the national captain of the Shinkyokushin Martial Arts Association's national combat team.
From 2000 to 2010, I taught hundreds of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at the Children's House Elementary and Secondary School, who struggled with hyperactivity, behavioral problems, dyscalculia, dyslexia, etc.
The practical knowledge of coaches and teachers is an important issue for me. To help with this, we created an accessible training course with my colleagues, with which we want to support everyone's development.
