For a limited time, Sensei Lidia Körmöndi is bringing Japanese Martial Arts, Key to Smart Gymnastics (KSG) trainings, and Hungarian movement-development methods to Brevard NC through selected opportunities, workshops, and small-group formats.
Her system was shaped through Kyokushin karate, Hungarian national team coaching, progressive European movement-development studies, and two decades of applied professional teaching, and highest-level, competitive athletic experience.
Lidia’s methods treat movement and awareness as tools to build what many students need most: attention, posture, timing, coordination, confidence, self-control, resilience, and the ability to perform closer to their full capacity.

Born and raised in Hungary, Lidia has almost over three decades of Kyokushin karate experience, European and competition background, a decade of Hungarian national team coaching, and many years of formal physical education training, developmental movement education (Key to Smart Gymnastics), and applied teaching.
Her work has taken her throughout Europe, Japan, and now the United States through competition, seminars, coaching, and study across multiple levels of martial arts and human movement development systems.
