You will receive an email from APL notifying you of a new training that has been assigned to you. It's called Welcome Aboard and can be accessed by logging into APL.

BenefitFocus, our benefit enrollment platform, is available through SuccessFactors. You can click on the Benefits Enrollment tile on the SuccessFactors home page to enroll. You should have access to BenefitFocus 7-10 business days after your record is updated to full-time in SuccessFactors. You have 30 days from your employment status change date to enroll in benefits. Your coverage is retroactive back to your employment status change date.
The UMR "Find a Provider" tool can be used to see what doctors are in network with UMR by searching "UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus."

Login to Fidelity if you would like to request any retirement contribution changes as you transition into a new pay rate.
Any accrued, but unused vacation time will be paid out upon moving from full-time to part-time. Sick time and personal time are not paid out. You can view your current PTO balances by clicking on the Request Time Off tile in SuccessFactors.

If you are interested in continuing your life insurance coverage (including basic life, voluntary life, and accidental death and dismemberment), you will receive a letter in the mail with instructions on how to continue coverage. If you want to begin sooner or if you do not receive the letter, you can contact Securian directly at 1-866-293-6047. This must be done within 30 days of your employment status change.
You will receive COBRA information in the mail within 2-3 weeks after your separation is processed. If you are interested, please respond to the letter for additional information. You have 60 days from the date of your employment status change to elect COBRA. More information can be found on the COBRA website.
