Direct deposit information is updated in SuccessFactors. When choosing to allocate to several accounts, keep in mind that a maximum of three accounts can be used. Instructions on how to update your direct deposit information can be found on page 4 of the Managing Your Employee Profile in SuccessFactors Quick Reference Guide.
Requests for W-2 forms for employment dates through the 2021 year will need to be submitted using the W-2 Reprint Request form.
To request a W-2 reprint:
Fill out the form.
Print and sign the form*.
Email form to Payroll Department, Payroll.Tax@kaplan.com
*The form MUST be signed. W-2 reprints cannot be issued without your signature.
