Welcome to the Office of Organizational Culture and Inclusive Excellence (OCIE) – a dynamic and inclusive hub committed to creating a people-centric culture at Purdue Global that supports all aspects of faculty, staff and student development. At OCIE we use a holistic approach that integrates concepts of wellness and psychological safety with foundational principles of diversity, equity and inclusion to create a sense of belonging, and to ensure equitable opportunities are available to everyone in the university community.

Neurodiversity ERG: Foster understanding and create an inclusive space for neurodiverse individuals.
Asian American ERG: Unite employees of Asian descent to share perspectives and address community issues.
Hispanic/Latinx ERG: Elevate Hispanic/Latinx voices, share experiences, and address community needs.
