This is an opportunity for students in the 10th grade.

Requirements include:

• Only Current Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors can apply. 

• Fill out the form accurately, being especially careful to list your classes and grades correctly in the bottom portion of the application.  Write clearly.

• Attach a copy of a transcript of last semester’s grades. You can request a transcript from Mrs. Pearson in the counseling center or a copy of your report card will suffice.

• Return application, transcript or copy of your report card, and the $5.00 application fee by January 26th, 2024.  (Make checks payable to Placer High School)

• Missing the deadline means you will be denied membership for the term. 

• Prior to application due dates, there will be a meeting where you can receive help completing the application.  

• You must staple last term's report card or transcript (or a photocopy of either) to this application form.
