Beth Parkins

Beth came to Confluence in the fall of 2018 from a career in social work- working first with foster children then hospice patients and their families.  Her degree is in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and she hopes to go back to graduate school in the near future.  Working with high school students has always been a dream of Beth's and she loves the real life learning that happens at Confluence.   

Beth lives in Folsom with her husband and 2 kids- her daughter is a junior at Vista del Lago and her son is a 7th grader at Folsom Middle School.  When she has free time Beth enjoys reading, flexing her artistic muscles, spending time in nature, going to the movies, is a self-proclaimed Marvel nerd and will never pass up the opportunity for a nap.
