A research committee has been constituted as per the Puducherry Technological University (First) statutes, 2022. All the members of the research committee, other than Ex-officio members, shall hold the office for a term of three years from the date of nomination.
The following are the responsibilities of the Research Committee (tentative). The recommendations of the committee may be sent to the competent authorities for possible approval.
1. To evolve strategies to enhance research methodologies and address industrial challenges through innovative solutions.
2. To establish comprehensive academic guidelines for all research programs.
3. To analyze and address pertinent issues and recommend solutions to the Vice Chancellor for potential implementation.
4. To strive hard for international collaborations to advance research endeavors.
