Registration Day

It is  notified that Registration Day for Ph.D. scholars will be held on two fixed dates every year. For scholars whose Ph.D registration falls between 1st July and 31st December, the Registration Day will be on 15th September, and for those whose registration falls between 1st January and 30th June, the Registration Day will be on 15th February. If a public holiday falls on either of the above dates, the next working day will automatically be treated as the Registration Day.

On the respective Registration Day, all Ph.D. scholars must visit the University in person and are required to submit the fee receipt and registration form. Failure to submit the above documents on the due date will result in cancellation of Ph.D. registration. Such scholars may re-register for the Ph.D. programme only by paying a fine of ₹5,000/- per academic year.

Guidelines for Fees payment from Second Year of Ph.D Programme

All Ph.D scholars who registered for the Ph.D. program between July 1st  and December 31st  are instructed to pay the academic fee by August 31st every year.  Scholars who fail to pay the fees by the stipulated date will be subject to a fine of Rs.500/- per week. The payment of fees with a fine will be permitted up to September 14th every year. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the cancellation of Ph.D. registration with effect from 15th  September of that year.

Similarly All Ph.D scholars who registered for the Ph.D. program between January 1st  and June 30th  are instructed to pay the academic fee by January 31st  every year.  Scholars who fail to pay the fees by the stipulated date will be subject to a fine of Rs.500/- per week. The payment of fees with a fine will be permitted up to February 14th  every year. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the cancellation of Ph.D. registration with effect from 15th February of that year.

In the event of cancellation, scholars who wish to re-register for the Ph.D. program and continue their research will be required to pay a fine of  Rs 5,000/ Academic year.
