Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) provides public funding for home and community based services that assist New Jersey adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, age 21 and older, to live as independently as possible.

If your child can benefit from services in NJ such as Camp/Day Programs, Supported Employment, and Residential Services then you need to apply.

*Your child needs to be Medicaid eligible to receive services through DDD.*

Once approved, your child will be assigned a support coordinator (similar to that of a school case manager) who helps individuals identify their service needs and research service providers. An Individualized Service Plan (ISP) will then be developed.
