Short Film Competition Mechanics

Guidelines and Mechanics:

1. This event is open to all College of Sciences students.

2. The entries should be based on the Science Month theme: "Agham at Teknolohiya: Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon”.

3. The short films must be at least 3 minutes up to 5 minutes in length.

4. Any kind of style and genre for the films is allowed but should still stick with the main theme for the Science Month.

5. The director/producer/leader of the film will be the one to submit their entry.

6. The title and credits (directors, casts, etc.) should be in the video itself, it’s up to the participants on what duration of their video they would like to put them.

7. All confirmed entries will be posted at the Official Facebook page of ACS, where an online voting will be held through reactions and shares.

8. The judges will be selected among CS faculty members, where they will base their decision on the criteria that follows:

Criteria for Judging:

Relevance to the theme - 40%

Cinematography - 20%

Entertainment Value - 20%

Sound Quality - 10%

Online Voting - 10%
