July 7, 2022 - Here are the College Enrollment Procedures
Only the College/University Student Government fee will be collected
Freshmen students are exempted from the CSG/USG Fee
All other student organizations will not collect fees
Orientation Rooms are now moved to CS03 and CS04, at the 2nd floor of the CS Building.

The student should have done the following:
Prepare all needed documents
Secure an appointment through the Registrar's Office - Online Scheduler (to submit student credentials - see link at your email)
Secured an appointment from the CS Scheduler: (Link)
Dress comfortably and wear face masks at all times
Additionally, for freshmen:
Student should have received an email from the Office of the University Registrar, with the link to the Student Directory Form and the Data Privacy Consent Form
Student should have undertaken the Mandatory Drug Test. Please bring the Drug Test Results to the University Clinic
Prepare the following documents
1 pc. 2x2 ID Picture
1 pc. Long White Folder
Admission Exam Results
Photocopy of COVID-19 Vaccination Card
Drug Test Result
Proceed to the Clinic for submission of documents
Prepare the following requirements for submission to the Registrar's Office (HARD-COPY, to be submitted inside a long transparent envelope with name and program in front [Example: CADUADA, Larry N. - BS Information Technology])
2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture
Filled-out student directory form & data privacy consent form
Admission Test Result from OSAS (the list will be forwarded directly to the Registrar’s Office)
Result of Health Examination (to be scheduled after start of classes)
Form 138 (High School Report Card)
Certificate of Good Moral Character
PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
Two options are provided in the submission of credentials/documents to the Registrar's Office
The student should secure an appointment through the Registrar's Office - Online Scheduler (this is different from our College Scheduler). The link will be sent directly to your email as part of the confirmation/welcome email from the Registrar.
The confirmation of your scheduled appointment, which will be sent to your email, must be presented to the Security Personnel upon entry to the PSU Main Campus.
Through this modality, you can submit your credentials/documents in person at the Registrar's Office, Ground Floor of the Administration Building

IMPORTANT: Wait for the Admission Slip to be issued by the Registrar, before proceeding to the steps below.
Upon entry to the PSU Main Campus, please proceed to the Orientation, which will be held in the Chemistry Room / Physics Room (Ground Floor, CS Main Building). This is conducted in batches.
You will receive a Certificate of Orientation upon completion of your Orientation
Please proceed to the College Lobby, CS Main Building, to do the following:
Secure a folder with the prospectus (list of subjects) of your corresponding program.
Payment of Student Organization Fees (ranging from Php 260.00 to Php 310.00)
University & Student Government Fees - Php 150.00
Compendium Fee - Php 60.00

BS Computer Science - Association of Computer Scientists - Php 100.00
BS Information Technology - Society of Information Technology Enthusiasts - Php 80.00
BS Environmental Science - Environmental Science Students Association - Php 100.00
BS Medical Biology - Young Biologists Association - Php 100.00
BS Marine Biology - Exempted from Organization Fees only

If the student is a beneficiary of the Free Higher Education Law - Skip to Step 5
If the student is not part of the Free Higher Education Law - Proceed to Step 4
Upon validation, please proceed to the Accounting Office (Ground Floor, Administration Building) to get the list of encoded subjects, as well as the amount of fees that you will be directed to pay.
Once you have received your Assessment Form, containing the fees, please proceed to the Cashier, located at the Ground Floor, Administration Building Annex (beside Registrar) for payment.
You will then receive an Official Receipt. Please keep the Assessment Form and your Receipt at all times.
Upon completion of the process, and upon validation of successful payment through the system, you will then receive your Certificate of Registration in PDF Format, which will be sent to your PSU email.
You can also claim your Certificate of Registration at the Dean's Office. You will instructed to affix your signature therein.

Approval/Endorsement to Shift
If shifting from another College:
Approval from the Dean of the College where the student is currently registered
Approval from the Dean of the College where the student intends to shift programs
If shifting from within the College but different programs
Approval from the Chairperson of the program that the student intends to shift.

Upon approval of shifting, the shifting form will be forwarded by the College to the Registrar's Office, for processing.
When completed, the Registrar's Office will advise the College, for encoding and other needed requirements. At this point, student is advised to proceed to the steps below.
