The Powerful Women Paving the Way (PWPW) Conference is a two‑day career and leadership event, co-hosted by the student organization Penn State Women in Business and the Smeal College of Business. Designed to support and advance women in business fields, the conference brings together students, alumni, and professionals for two days of inspiration, connection, and professional growth.

Participants expand their professional networks while gaining actionable insights and direction from dynamic keynote speakers and panelists, helping them navigate professional challenges and take meaningful steps toward advancing their careers.

Held each spring at the Penn Stater Conference Center, the PWPW Conference provides a dynamic platform to elevate women and promote allyship. It equips participants with the confidence, insights, and leadership skills needed to succeed and make an impact in their fields.
