Mindfulness means paying full attention to something. When you are being mindful, you slow down to really notice what you're doing. Being mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking. When you're mindful, you're taking your time. You're focusing in a relaxed, easy way.
Be mindful can help us in lots of different ways! Practicing mindfulness is a great way to help train our brains to help us: pay attention, calm ourselves when we are worried, be great listeners, and get along well with others.
