School Grants for School Wellness Teams can help your school achieve its goal to make every kid healthy and ready to learn.
Application timeline for grants very. Check back often as new opportunities are frequently added and updated.
The PSD Wellness Department chooses select schools to award $5,000 to fund various projects.
This grant is for Title 1 Schools only.The Student Innovation Mini-Grant funds Student Wellness Team innovative projects, designed to promote a culture of health and wellness.
This grant is for Student Wellness Teams onlyThe movement desk grant awards two schools $12,000 to bring active seating into the classrooms.

School Health Improvement Plans are designed to help schools implement programs with continuous funding for both years. School Wellness Teams will still receive funding for two years. Teams will complete two goals over a two-year span. Your SHIP can be edited throughout the year. In order to receive budget codes, SHIPS must be filled out by November 1 but can be edited throughout the year simply by logging in to your PSD Google Account.
The Wellness Journal is a monthly journal that provides a new wellness topic each month as well as activities and resources. Student and School Wellness Teams can utilize this journal to guide their wellness work. Teachers and administrators can also utilize the journal to have a unified wellness focus each month.
