The PSD Mindfulness Council's purpose is to support, enhance, and guide mindfulness in Poudre School District. The PSD Mindfulness Council supports the District Ends and fosters academic and lifelong success by empowering our community of faculty, staff and students in the areas of self-regulation, self-awareness, and resilience.
PSD Mindfulness Council will support faculty, staff, students, and parents in enhancing social-emotional wellness and school climate through mindfulness course offerings, professional learning opportunities, and curricula.
