What is a Thespian?
Thespians are recognized for their excellence in high school theatre. Students earn points for hours of work on theatre projects at school and in the community. We consider this National Honor Society for Theatre Students. Since we are a 6-12 school, we are excited to also offer Junior Thespian opportunites for Middle School Students.
At TMHS, high school students may be inducted into our Troupe #11566 with a minimum of 10 points. Middle School students may be inducted as Junior Thespians with a minimum of 5 points. Throughout their time at TMHS, students then accumulate points to earn ranks of distinction. With a qualifying GPA, Thespian Scholars will be recognized at TMHS graduation.

Follow these simple steps and you're on your way to becoming an official member of Troupe #11566!
1) Induction Guidelines
Review the TMHS Induction guidelines for all required information.
2) Thespian Induction Points Worksheet
Complete the Thespian Induction Worksheet and submit the application form.
3) RSVP to Induction
Once all documentation is reviewed and approved, the Troupe Director will send an invitation for induction. You must complete this form by the inscribed deadline.
4) Induction Ceremony
Attend the induction ceremony with your parents and celebrate your new contributions to Theatre Arts.
5) Attend Meetings
Stay involved. Attend the meetings and particpate fully to maintain active membership. You agree to uphold the character, academic and honor standards of this troupe at all times.
6) Renew Membership
Continue tracking points each year to earn new ranks and distinctions. Even consider running for Thepsian Officers.
