Transcript Request Process

Students and families must submit a completed Transcript Request Form to Student Services

1. 1. The Transcript Request Form is available via this link or can be picked up as a hard copy from Student Services.

   2. RMHS must have this completed document in hand in order to release your official records to an institution or organization.

Additional Information:

• For students requesting transcripts to be sent directly to colleges/universities, the cost is $3.00 per college/university. RMHS will send an initial, mid-year, and final transcript.  

• Aspiring college athletes need to request transcripts for either the NCAA and/or NAIA depending on the designation of the college or university. Students must create profiles on the NCAA and/or NAIA Eligibility Centers before requesting transcripts, as RMHS cannot upload transcripts for students with incomplete profiles.

• Please allow up to two weeks to process transcripts.
