High School Select ( College Courses taken at Poudre High School) Checklist:

High School Select Registration Checklist

High School Select classes are taken at PHS and may also earn college credit through Front Range Community College (FRCC) or Aims Community College. If you have already applied to either Aims or FRCC do not apply again. If you already have an S number for FRCC or an A number for Aims you only need to complete the PSD High School Select Agreement. 

Complete the College Application

☐ Determine whether your class is connected to FRCC or Aims.

FRCC Students (Link to FRCC Application)

☐ Follow the FRCC Concurrent Enrollment Application Guide.

☐ Use your legal name (listed on birth certificate) and select the correct semester.

☐ Use a personal email address, or your school email if you check it more often. After graduation, you will need to change your account to a personal email address.

☐ Complete and submit the application.

☐ Find your FRCC student ID, also called an S-number, and save it for the PSD agreement form.

Aims Students (Link to Aims Concurrent Enrollment Application)

☐ Follow the Aims High School Concurrent Enrollment Application Instructions.

☐ Select the Concurrent Enrollment Application.

☐ Choose part-time.

☐ Enter Poudre High School as your current high school.

☐ Use a personal email address, or your school email if you check it more often. After graduation, you will need to change your account to a personal email address.

☐ Complete and submit the application.

Complete the PSD High School Select Agreement

☐ Sign in at Forms.PSDschools.org or open Forms through StudentVUE.

☐ Select High School Select.

☐ Click Review and Sign.

☐ Review your class information and complete the student agreement.

☐ FRCC students: Enter your S-number if it is not already listed.

☐ Save and submit the form.

☐ Ask your parent or guardian to check their email and complete the parent portion through ParentVUE.

☐ Confirm that the form status shows Complete.

Important

☐ Understand that this is a college-level class.

☐ Understand that the grade will appear on both your high school and college transcripts.

☐ Earn a C or better to receive college credit.

☐ Remember that the process is not complete until the college application and both the student and parent PSD agreements are submitted.

☐ Complete a new PSD agreement each school year you participate in High School Select.
