This class will teach students to know and understand the characteristics and structure of living things, the processes of life, and how living things interact with each other and their environment. We will accomplish this task by learning to think like scientists, asking critical questions and applying the scientists method. We will also develop skills such as doing scientific research, effective note taking and critical thinking.
