Frau Healy cannot help you if she doesn't know you need help. Communicate with her as soon as possible if you are having technical issues, and ask for help if things are unclear.
As Fossil is working with a block schedule, our class will be meeting every day and moving at a much quicker pace than past years. If you miss a class, it is incredibly important that you do the work to get caught up as soon as you can.
It is important that you work to get caught up in class as soon as you can so you don't fall behind the rest of the class moving forward.
Students need to be their own advocate. Come talk to Frau Healy or email her if you don’t understand or have an issue of some kind. You (the student) and Frau Healy need to have a conversation before parents/guardians contact her. She is happy to help you in any way she can, but she also needs to know that you need help.
If you have a credible situation that requires the extension of a deadline, request it by email in advance of the due date. Verbal requests will be forgotten.
