Announcements

In season practices will begin 11/9/26. Pre-season dryland practices will be offered at 4:15 - 5:30 p.m. on Monday, 11/2 and Wednesday, 11/4. The first official swim practices will be offered on Monday, 11/9 at 6:30 - 8:10 a.m. at Edora Pool and Ice Center (EPIC). Please meet in hallway upstairs by bleachers for stretching and dryland. We will get in the water at 6:45 a.m.
In order to be allowed to participate, Athletic Clearance Cards (orange cards) are due to Coach Krista by morning practice on Monday, November 9th.
