FRCC Yoga

Period 3 and 8

Welcome to Front Range CC Yoga! This class is intended for those who are interested in furthering their yoga practice and learning more about the history and purpose of yoga. Aside from practice yoga, students in this class will practice journaling, learn about the anatomy of poses, sun salutations, a variety of meditation practices, the history of yoga, how to sequence poses and more. Students will teach yoga for the class, create yoga sequences and complete a daily journal. Because this is a class that give college credit, it is expected that students participate at a higher level and are engaged in all activities and work.
