Greetings!! 

I am excited to share my passion for movement, wellbeing, and health with young adults in our community. As a Lambkin alumn, I look forward to continuing our school's long history of positive culture and high student achievement. In my 15th year of teaching, the classes I instruct are Health & Wellness, AVID, Sports Medicine, Yoga & Fitness, FRCC Volleyball, and FRCC Yoga I. I also coach Unified Basketball and soccer teams, and co-sponsor our Unified Pals club. GO LAMBKINS!

Outside of school, you will find me playing doubles sand volleyball, coaching my own kiddos, and hanging out with my family. I am a mom of a 4-year-old and a 9-year-old, and they keep me on my toes (:
