My name is Cindy Roller, and I’m the head coach of the Boltz Girls Golf Team. I’ve been an educator in Poudre School District for 20 years and currently teach English Language Development at Boltz, supporting multilingual students.

I have a background in multiple sports, including soccer, volleyball, cross-country, track, and basketball. I discovered my love for golf as an adult and continue to learn and enjoy the game.

Our program will focus on high expectations, structure, and a positive team environment where every player feels valued, supported, and safe. We welcome golfers of all skill levels and aim to make the experience fun and encouraging.

My goal is to help girls build confidence, stay active, develop friendships, and enjoy the game. I expect players to work hard, be prepared, and contribute positively. I will communicate regularly and welcome feedback as we build a strong program together.

The Boltz Phoenix Girls Golf Team Goals:
