Virtual learning poses some unique issues in terms of getting support quickly. We have created this site for students to access tech support form home and also request in person help by filling out a form and coming to the school. Please take a look at the "Things to Try Before Requesting Support Help" down below. As always, restart your device first to see if that fixes any issues.

Restart your device - Restarts can do a number of things including installing updates and or fix minor issues creating larger problems. How to restart? Watch this video, or click Start menu then click on the power button icon and select Restart.
Muting- The Fn (to the left of the space bar) and F4 keys mute the entire laptop not just an application. Check to see that the mute button is not activated. There is a light on the F4 key indicating when mute is enabled.
Restart your wifi - Home routers may need a restart as well if the wifi on your device sees your network but fails to connect.
Websites Not Loading - Chrome cache may need to be deleted. Delete cache and restart Chrome. Watch this video!
