As of Sunday, Aug 23rd, the District pushed VPN software to student computers. This caused wifi to not connect or disappear all together. FIX? Just restart your computer. Click the Start button at the lower left of your screen and select the power icon and then select restart or watch the video.
When using Teams, headphones are nice. Problem is, the mic gets disabled when using earbuds/headphones only. You need earbuds or headphones with a mic so your class and teacher can hear you.
If your muted and cannot get the mic to work, check the mute button or toggle it. Those keys are the "fn" (blue text key to the left of space bar) and the F4 key.
Many issues (i'd say most) can be fixed by simply restarting. Good practice is to restart every Monday morning. Give your computer a fresh start for the week. You would not run very well if you worked all week without any sleep to refresh yourself. Do your computer a favor, restart once a week. Show Me How!
