PHS PTO Paid Membership for EACH year the student attends Pattonville High School
(one year of non-membership will be forgiven) Membership must be paid by March 31st of each school year. No exceptions.
Parent or guardian must review and affirm that they have met the parent PTO Participation Hours Requirement
Student must meet all Pattonville High School requirements for graduation
Student must attend a university/college or trade school FULL time, the same year of his/her PHS graduation

Open the 2025 PHS PTO Scholarship Application
Review the eligibility requirements above.
Ask 1 Pattonville staff/faculty and 1 Member of the community to fill out recommendation form on your behalf and make sure they know the deadline for the application.
Submit the application online before April 1st and check on the progress of the recommendation letter before deadline.
Letters of recommendation must be received before your application is considered by the scholarship committee.
ALL parts of the application must be received ELECTRONICALLY, no later than 4PM on April 1. Late submissions will NOT be accepted for consideration. No Exceptions. Paper applications will not be considered for the scholarship.
