Take note of the email address you use for the signup.com and click "How many participation hours do I have?".

If you are unable to work concessions, you can fill out a request for an exception. Print and sign the form and bring it to the next PTO meeting and speak during new business.  If granted by the executive board, your family will still have to work the same amount of hours, just be excused from concession.

The PTO has a lot of equipment and inventory inside the concession stands, if you need to use one of the locations, fill out a Concession Use Form. Please do not ask a PTO member while they are working , you must have it in writing in order to assure that all is in order.
