Having WiFi at home is the best way to get the most out of your iPad. You can connect to your WiFi Network at home by clicking on the Settings app and choosing WiFi. Enter your WiFi password and you are good to go.
If you can't afford WiFi at home you may qualify for some other low cost WiFi solutions:
AT&T Access- Access from AT&T is a program to provide low-cost wireline home Internet service to qualifying households with at least 1 resident who participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutition Assistance Program (SNAP) with an address in AT&T's 21-state service area at which AT&T offers wireline home Internet service.
