At Memorial Composite High School Constable Hinman is a constant support at our school for students, parents and staff. Constable Hinman establishes positive relationships with our learning community and is a mentor to all.

Hanging out with students in the hallways during breaks and in the parking lot.
Supporting administration to support and promote positive citizenship and behaviour.
Participating in Torch Time with Cop Talk, where he encourages and promotes interest in law enforcement.
Assisting parents and students connect with other agencies such as Child and Family Services and/or FCSS
