Turtle Updates

Emilie from Zoo New England delivered two Blanding's hatchlings.  After a presentation in the Multipurpose Room to fifth grader (the daily turtle feeding team) and their second grade buddies, the hatchlings moved into their new home in the Library. Click here to read more and see photos.

The turtles had a good first week!  Last Friday, they spent a lot of time hiding in the plants and behind their floating dock.  This week, they are spending much more time swimming around and hanging out on the their dock, rather than hiding behind it, giving everyone who has come to visit a better view.  Click here to read more and see photos.
