Favorite Parts of Greece: Greece was absolutely beautiful! Exploring the coast via boats, hiking, kayaking, and a "water bike" was a truly incredible and unforgettable experience! Also, speaking with local educators, conservationists, and residents totally changed my perspective of this part of the world. And of course, there were lots of cats....
This trip was incredible! The ecosysems, tpace of the day, the amazing meals, getting to learn with Stephanie, and the people we met all just made it
I feel so incredibly grateful for how much time people took to talk with us about their experiences. Each conversation we had was incredibly thoughtful and they really excited to educate us.
I don't think responsible tourism gets talked about enough! It also really shifted my perspectives to hear about what economies certain islands relied on being replaced solely to tourism.
