Graduation

The countdown to graduation is on!  All Seniors must pay extra close attention to all school communications to ensure important information is not missed.

Date: Thursday, May 20, 2027

Time: 5:30 PM

Location: Northwood Baptist Church 

2200 Greenridge Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406

Tickets: Number of tickets per graduate TBA - Tickets are REQUIRED for entrance into graduation, no standing room - Ceremony will be recorded and live streamed for those who cannot attend

Wednesday, May 19:

• 8:45 - 9:15 AM: Senior breakfast/Yearbook signing

  • Students only

• 9:15 - 10:15 AM: Senior awards

  • Students and parents

• 10:15 - 10:45 AM: Senior walkthrough

• 11:15 - 1:00 PM: Graduation practice @ Northwoods Baptist Church

  • Cords/stoles and tickets will be distributed at practice

  • Graduation practice is mandatory in order to be able to walk in our graduation ceremony

Thursday, May 20:

• 4:30 PM: Students arrive @ Northwoods Baptist Church no later than 4:30 - Please consider carpooling

• 5:30 PM: Graduation ceremony

• Any cords, stoles, or other academic regalia will be provided directly by the school to the student before graduation.  No outside regalia will be permitted.  Please contact Ms. Widener if you have a question about a specific item.

• All cords and stoles will be distributed at graduation practice on May 19.

• Cap decoration are NOT permitted.  Any students who have decorated their caps will NOT be permitted to walk in the graduation ceremony.

• Example male attire: Dark blue or black pants, nice close toed shoes, white button-down shirt, tie

• Example female attire: School-appropriate dress, no bright colors patterns showing, not longer than knee-length (not longer than graduation robe), nice shoes that you can walk in
