CSE Pre-Order

PS-DBM is bringing the PS-DBM on Wheels closer to government agencies in the Bicol Region, making common-use supplies and equipment (CSE) more accessible under the theme, “Abot-kayang Produkto, Abot-kamay na Serbisyo.”

To place an order, download and accomplish the PS-DBM on Wheels Pre-Order Form, have it duly signed, and upload the completed form through this portal.

The Depot Management Division (DMD) will process the requested order accordingly. Upon validation,please expect confirmation of the availability of stocks within three (3) working days via email. For inquiries pertaining to this, please email onwheels@ps-philgeps.gov.ph.

When filled out, the Agency shall submit the signed and approved PS-DBM on Wheels Pre-order Form through this Portal. The Agency shall also select their preferred pick-up schedule on the same Google Form, whether AM or PM.
Upon receipt of the signed and approved PS-DBM on Wheels Pre-order Form, PS-DBM through its Marketing and Sales Division (MSD), will validate the request.

Once validated, PS-DBM will issue the Delivery Receipt (DR) and Notice of Payment.

The Agency, upon receipt of the Notice of Payment, shall pay through any of the following payment options:

Cash
Check payment payable to Procurement Service
E-wallet Fund

Please note that payment must be made on or before 29 September 2026.

For Cash or Check payment, the Agency must send via email the proof of payment (eg. Official Receipt, OnColl Deposit Slip) to onwheels@ps-philgeps.gov.ph .
MSD, upon validation of payment, will confirm via email the date of pick-up.

On the provided pick-up schedule, including their preferred time, the Agency shall claim the order/s at the People's Hall, Naga City Hall.
