PS-DBM eMarketplace

The PS-DBM eMarketplace is an online procurement platform that allows registered Procuring Entities to conveniently search, view, compare, select, and purchase available goods and services from qualified merchants. 

Enjoy greater convenience and efficiency when procuring through the PS-DBM eMarketplace, where government agencies can access CSE products, motor vehicles, software and licenses, Cloud Computing Services (CCS), and other available items through one platform, with a more streamlined procurement process.

Go to www.philgeps.gov.ph. Click the Login menu. Log in using the Agency account credentials. On the Pending Tasks page, click the eMarketplace button located at the upper-right corner of the page, which will then redirect to the eMarketplace page.
