Speed and Agility Training

Individual speed and agility training is offered 3 days a week throughout the summer.  MSTCA Hall of Fame Track and Field Coach Steve Derro leads a morning 1 hr session of speed and agility 3 days a week.  

Student athletes can also participate in strength training under the direction of Coach Mahoney before, after or on opposite days from Speed and Agility training (see schedule below).

Strength training is only available for Pentucket students entering grades 7-12 and is part of existing programming at no additional charge.


Cost:  4 weeks $250 / 5 weeks $300 / 6 weeks $350
