In addition to the in-person audition April 20-21 (see "Audition" page for more details) you will need to submit this application.
Please collect the following items before you fill out the application. All dancers, both in the program or new to it, need the following things:
1 - Grades. Please create a screenshot of your grades. Log in to PowerSchool or another platform to access your Quarter 1, 2, and 3 grades for this current school year. You will also need to show your current Cumulative GPA. (PDF, JPG, PNG)
2 - Headshot. You will upload an image of your face. This will ensure the right scores go to the right person as judges assess your dancing and videos. This can be a profile picture, a quick selfie, or a professional shot. Just make sure it is a headshot. (JPG or PNG)
3 - 5 Teacher Reviews. Please email 5 school teachers that know you well and kindly request them to review you through this Google Form. Let them know it needs to be done before April 18. Send this link to your teachers:
