Jhordan is a member of the Class of 2021 at Propel Andrew Street High School. She is a active member of the Propel Action Team and Alumni Theatre Company. Jhordan has served on the Action Team for 2 years. She is a Mentor lead for the Scholar Mentor Program and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Statewide Youth Voice Coalition.

David is a member of the Class of 2022 at Propel Andrew Street High School. David is an active student at ASHS. He participated in the Night Owl Bakers business incubator and he has been on the Action Team for 2 years. He is a Mentor Lead for the Scholar Mentor Program and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Statewide Youth Voice Coalition.

Janarah is a member of the Class of 2022 at Propel Braddock Hills High School. She participates in varsity Cheerleading & the Afterschool Action Team. She has served on the Action Team for 3 years. Janarah is also a Mentor Lead for the Scholar Mentor Program and a member of the Pennsylvania Statewide Youth Voice Coalition.

Christine is a member of the class of 2022 at Propel Montour High School. Christine is a Scholar Mentor and member of the Pennsylvania Statewide Youth Voice Coalition with the Afterschool Action Team. Mentoring is important to Christine because it can always make an impact in their life and future. She states that Youth Voice is important because in this current day and age, many youth voices get hushed because people are afraid of the power that they hold. With me being there to help, I can show people that they shouldn't be afraid to speak their mind and use their voices. Their voices are the one thing that can take them higher than they could ever think.

Carlos Little is a member of the class of 2022 at Propel Montour High School. Carlos is a Mentor for the Propel Afterschool Action Team. Mentoring is important to Carlos because when it comes to education scholars that have mentors can benefit greatly. Mentors can help them navigate the undergraduate and graduate educational journey by imparting wisdom and advice. Mentors serve as a sounding board for their mentees. Carlos also believes that youth voice is important because decisions and policies made today will directly affect us as we inherit the future.

Zariah Arnold-Stephens is a member of the class of 2024 at Andrew Street High School. She is a Scholar Mentor for the Afterschool Action Team and a member of the Pennsylvania Youth Voice Coalition. I wanted to be a scholar mentor to help other younger scholars achieve their goals and accomplish things they had never done begore. This is important to me because I did not have a mentor to help me through elementary/middle school. Zariah has has many goals two of which are to become a lawyer and a very successful real estate agent.
