Building the Workplace of Tomorrow Began with Understanding the People in It.
At the age of eleven, Ambra Pulliam, founder of Progressive Minds Advisory, began her first job at a small fireworks stand. What may seem like an unlikely starting point became the beginning of a lifelong study of how people connect, communicate, and perform under pressure. Even early on, her ability to engage with others, adapt to changing environments, and lead intuitively stood out.
Over the next 15 years, she gained hands-on experience across sales, retail, healthcare, food service, telecommunications, and nonprofit leadership. She worked in both front-line and leadership roles, ranging from hospital support staff and warehouse lead to operations director, where she managed onboarding, staff development, and organizational systems. Through this experience, she developed a clear understanding of how organizations function in real time and where they often break down.
That understanding became the foundation of her work. She brings together neuroscience, emotional relational intelligence, and operational design to create systems that turn insight into structure.
What began as years of applied frameworks within Progressive Minds evolved into a scalable model consisting of ERI 365™, ECI 365™, and NPI 365™. Together, these form the 365 Intelligence Suite™, a system designed to redefine how organizations develop their people and build the structure needed to support long-term growth.
