Ceremonies 

Ceremonies explore deep ideas and take significant amounts of brainstorming, planning and preparation. The ceremonies are meant to advance my destiny.   

1. Rebirth Ceremonies happen approximately every 3 years

   1. Rebirth Ceremony of 2020 : Identity, Masks, Dance, and connection to Technology

   2. Rebirth Ceremony of 2022:  Honoring my Grandmother's Life (after she passed)

2. Grandmother Ceremony : Honoring my Grandmother's spirit (as she was near death)

3. Subconscious Ceremony

Events

Events occur more often and usually don't take as much planning and preparation as my ceremonies (however some end up coming close).  Events are often in collaboration with other people. 

4. Spiritual  Healing Series is about exploring healing through spirituality, religion, meditation and mindfulness and developing spiritual tools.

   1. Mindfulness and Meditation

      1. Spiritual Walking: Walking while finding deep treasures in Nature. 

      2. Meditation Event: 5 different meditation techniques

      3. Mindfulness Event: an introductory overview into mindfulness

   2. Turning negative energy/experiences into something positive

      1. Kali Event: using negative energy to make something positive using Tantric philosophy

      2. JusticeXVengeance: My Mother and my personal journey in turning negative experiences into positivity

      3. Spiritual Healing Stories: Bethany's life journey and the spiritual tools that helped them

   3. Subconscious Ceremony: 5 different workshops on how to reveal what is in one's subconscious and how to heal it. 

   4. Altered States of Mind: communal ritual through the 5 senses, as a way of spiritual healing. 

5. American Identity Series brings different cultures together and uses them to create something new that is inherently American.

6. Environmental Series is about bringing greater love of nature and the environment
