Where can I get service point forms?

Rooms 2029, 3713, 1153, Activities Office, and all Attendance Offices

Where do I turn in point forms?

the box by the Activities Office - NOT in sponsors' rooms

When are point forms due?

Within 2 weeks (14 days) of the activity

When do I need to have all of my service hours completed?

March 1st for Sophomores
April 1st for Seniors
No deadline for Juniors

How many service hours do I need?

10 for Sophomores
25 for Seniors
No limit for Juniors

Can I still join if I was not in NHS last year?

Yes! You will need to pay this year's dues as well as last year's dues, and you will have 3 additional service hours to complete.

I was in NJHS, but did not get inducted. Can I still join NHS as a Junior?

Yes! Because you were in NJHS last year (even though you didn't finish) you do not have extra dues to pay or extra hours to complete.

How much are dues and when must they be paid?

All dues must be paid by Friday, October 5th 4:00pm
Sophomore dues = $5
Junior dues = $15
Senior dues = $15

How do I pay dues?

Bring your NHS/NJHS Contract to your class sponsor
We accept cash or check (made payable to Union Public Schools)
Must be paid in person - do not send with a friend or leave under a sponsors' door

Parents may not contact sponsors on behalf of the student
