IFCCA Policy Priorities
As a 501c3 organization we are not party affiliated but are policy focused.
We are an extension of the National Association of Family Child Care (NAFCC) and support their policy focus. IAFCC works to "prioritize the role of family child care, as well as to promote access, affordability and quality of early care and education" at the state and local levels.
Key issues for 2017 and 2018 are "strengthening the early childhood workforce, as well as building the supply of high-quality child care in rural communities and for families who work non-traditional hours."
