This full-year Experience class is designed for the Christian secondary student to complete two credits in one class. It involves homework, written assignments, team projects, memorization, and rehearsal activities outside of class time. An estimated 3-5 hours will be required weekly. During performance weeks in December and May, additional rehearsal time will also be required. Parents who calculate hours when determining homeschool credit can confidently award two credits for this course.
While ungraded by tutors, students will be required to track learning, record progress (via self-assessments, peer reviews, and tutor feedback) and compile a final portfolio for presentation. GLO will provide sample course descriptions for two courses (Intro to Theatre Arts and Musical Theatre Performance) for parent records.
