• What is the duration of the Crowdsourcing task?

The crowdsourcing task will last for 7 months in total.

•What happens if I change my phone?

You do not need to worry, just go to the play store install a new ODK app , download the form you have been working with and continue sending your submissions. NOTE that unsent submissions in the previous phones cannot be accounted for, hence will not be rewarded.

•How do I receive my reward for successful submission?

Your reward will be a direct money transfer to the bank account that you have provided. The name on the bank account must match with the registration name to receive rewards.

•Do I need data on my phone to set-up, deploy, and submit the survey?

The survey form is designed to work offline (without connecting to any network), however, you need an internet connection for the initial form set up and submission of completed survey forms.

•How can I get help if I have difficulty with submission?

Difficulty with submissions is very rare provided you have a reliable internet connection. As a hint, Internet service is mostly better when there are fewer users accessing the internet; mostly in the night or early morning hours.

•How will rewarded submissions be determined?

First, your user ID, Phone Number, and Name must match. Also, the quality of your submission must be acceptable (no fake prices or information), and you must be one of the first 350 volunteers who have made valid submissions.

•Where can I collect food price data from?

You can collect data from the nearest market to you. A city market, neighborhood market, supermarket, or farmers market etc. It's better if you can find the four target commodities in the market of your choice.
