The length of the abstract should not exceed 250 words in either of the Microsoft Word (.doc or docx) formats. The document should be submitted to the seminar coordinator (neurosapiens@mepcoeng.ac.in) with CBS'18-Poster Abstract as subject field.The document has to contain title, name of authors, host institution, correspondence email in first page and abstract (format provided here) in the second page before March 15th, 2018. The abstracts will be visible for the participants and reviewers on the day of Symposium in the form of POSTERS. All posters will be reviewed by at least 2 reviewers. The best posters will be selected by the reviewers for the Best Poster Presentation Award to be presented on the concluding ceremony of the Symposium.
The first / presenting author(s) will be required to register for the symposium either as full participant or as virtual presenter. The presenters of e-posters will be charged at nominal reduced rate (see registration page) but compulsary. The registered e-participants will receive their poster presentation certificates to the communication address provided during registration. Anyhow presenters availability at venue increases the possibility of solving the queries related to their work and hence winning the Best Poster Award.
When preparing accepted posters please note that your poster should not exceed the following dimensions 36" x 40" (landscape or portrait modes).
Submissions for e-Posters strictly close by March 15th, 2018 while posters by participating registrants can be made available for presentation even at the venue on March 17th, 2018.
